"The worst dental care I have ever experienced. Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. They are uninformative; they do not explain what is going on. After they took the payments, it took them more than two months to replace my Aligner."

"They had my wife use a dentist that was out of network for our insurance. Of course, they did not disclose this to us at the time of service. In addition, I prepaid for my wife treatment which would be spread out over a few visits. When the second visit comes around, they drop a huge bill on me (even though I prepaid for it all) saying that the insurance company denied their claim. And of course, their servers had "gone down" and they lost all records- whatever. Completely unprofessional. They told me that would contact me when they cleared the issue with the insurance company and here we are a year and a half later and no response. Don't waste your time here."

"I usually only write reviews for pleasant experiences--but this one is ridiculous. They do not stand behind the work of the dentists in his office. I have a clear x-ray of their mistake and they send me elsewhere. I have spent thousands there as I was referred by a reputable friend. Never again. The front office staff are friendly, except for one lady. I will never refer anyone there. I rather someone who stands behind their work or have the decency to call me to acknowledge their mistake (an apology? hello?)"

"After being refused service for my 6 yrs old son from Dr. Paldines @ Zoom "Family" Dentistry due to his sensory issues (this would be the 3rd visit to this office) I found Dr. Batterton office. I informed them of my child's Apserger and sensory issues and they were able to see him with no issues. I watched Dr. Batterton and Kathy ease my son's anxiety and you can really tell they care about their patients. I am relieved to have found a true family oriented dentist. One who does not mind taking his time to ensure my son was ok. The staff was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Batterton great! Will never go to another chain dentistry..Smaller is always better because we are more than just a number, feels like a new family. As my son told me tonight "I like my new dentist because he is a grandpa and grandpa's are always nice" :)"
