"I had went in there for a rather terrible case of poison ivy and was treated so rudely and I was embarrassed and humiliated by how the doctor,Dr. Moore spoke to me, making assumptions that I was just Doctor shopping for poison ivy steroids. In my hometown, Grayson, I've always been able to go and get the poison ivy shot twice if need be because I have such a severe reaction to it and it had been 5 days and I'm still covered and Dr.Moore was so condescending and patronizing to me. I don't recommend this place at all I would rather go to Grandma Clampetts and get some tonic before gracing their door ever again. A doctor, Dr Moore, was a very condescending and a joke of a doctor. He treated me so badly over just having a poison ivy rash and needing help and plus not to organized and unprofessional receptionist there is no wonder there's rampant fraud the medical services these days."

"Cannot recommend. I have been sitting in the waiting room for 45 kind. Haven't been took back to a room or anything. I'm the only patient I've seen the entire time. 1 patient left. Besides that no one has came or went but myself. But I can hear the nurses joking and chit chating away instead of doing their jobs.i just got off work. Tired and hungry. Just need some eye drops for a infection. And it's guaranteed gii no to take 2 hours. I'll go to Ironton urgent care next time."

"This is the absolute worst place ever. I am still sick after my visit on Dec. 21st. At the visit the dr did not listen to my concerns and dismissed me and my comments. He was rude. Take me to this morning. I called because I am still sick and worse and need a follow up. I called to see if that provider was there and they would give me no information on who the provider was and simply said to tell them at the desk on arrival. Again I was dismissed and not heard. The have no idea how to treat patients."

"my son had an awful rash - took him to this urgent care and waited 2 hours. i asked if i should just take him to the ER because he was getting fussier and the rash was spreading. the nurse told me that since he didn’t have a fever i could do whatever i wanted because she didn’t care. they told me i’d have to wait another 2 hours. i left and took him to the ER. they told me he was having a bad allergic reaction. the urgent care nurse couldn’t care less. 10/10 do not recommend this center."

"We just got home Husband had sinus infection and they fixed him right up made sure the medicine was sent to a pharmacy that was open this is 9pm on a Saturday night. Everyone was great to us the male Dr we seen knew what he was talking about and the ladies up front and I the check in and out place were very nice and helpful. We didn't want to go to ER because its not life or death but he needed help, first time we've ever been there and won't hesitate to go back if needed. When we were leaving they were actually cleaning the legs of the chairs whole place was very clean."
