"Definitely recommend Dr. Thomas Mahoney! With my last pregnancy and my current pregnancy he listens and shows he cares about his patients, He’s hasn’t been rude and always answers any questions if you have any, A lot better doctor than the ones I had in the past"
"Every visit has always been amazing. Staff and doctors treat me amazing and want to listen to my concerns. My mom had another baby and treated her amazing so when I ended up pregnant I knew this was the place for me!"
"If I could give less than 1 star then I would. I had an appointment scheduled for nearly a month for surgery. A week before the surgery they called and said that because I hadn’t met my $5000 insurance deductible that I would have to pay $700 up front. They were not willing to take my credit card and make arrangements. It was pay the full $700 within a week or no surgery. I’m sorry, but I’m single and work 2 jobs just to make ends meet. I can’t cough up $700 in a week! I am more than willing to make monthly payments and pay them what I will owe, but I just don’t have that much money to pay up front. I know my insurance pays a good deal of what they will bill, so is it really that important to get my full $700 up front? I also explained to them that my job offers an HRA fund that when I meet my deductible (which will surely happen after the surgery) they will give me a direct deposit for half of my $5000 deductible. I told them that in a few weeks I could pay them $2500, but they still would not budge. I really like Dr. Dotson and Miranda Davis, but I guess I will be going to Southern Ohio Medical Center, because they have never treated me that way and have always been willing to work with me on payment options."
"I’ve been here multiple times and sometimes I have to wait but other times I’m seen in a reasonable amount of time. Mahoney was great about listening to my problems and getting my problems fixed. I even had to have surgery and everything went great. This was probably the easiest surgery I have had and I was up walking around the same day. The staff has always been nice to me."
"This place has the worst wait times imaginable. You make an appointment for 10 am and you're not getting called back until 11:30 or 12. It's absolutely terrible. The OB Dr.s are decent but its not worth how long you have to wait. You wait for over a hour to talk to a Dr. For about 5 minutes. And its not a one time thing I've went here for two pregnancies and it is the same thing every single visit. On the positive side the staff are really nice."
