"I’ve been going here for about 10 years. As a patient, I’ve experienced both good and bad experiences. If you’re in a constant time crunch I wouldn’t recommend this dentist. Appointments usually can go from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3-4 hours. The staff will act nice in front of you but then continue to speak rudely of you in the open. Especially for a children’s dentist you would think that they would be quicker to attend and not waste so much time especially with restless/scared kids. It’s disappointing that over the years the wait times have been longer to get a simple clean. If you do not want to waste an entire day waiting for your child to get cleaned I would reccomend another children’s denstist."

"I love coming here they are always so kind and professional and fun at the same time. The girls aren’t stuck up and they are very very helpful. They do things without you even having to ask them to do it. My boy never complains about the dental hygienist hurt him or made his gums bleed Great place"

"terrible terrible wait time. what are appointments for if they are going to give you a timer and make you wait 30+mins after your appointment. my sister just got out of her appointment and said that they were laughing and talking bad about my mom because she was complaining EVEN THOUGH they were the ones who took FOREVER"

"They have the worst customer service of any dentist I have ever called. I have been calling for 3 DAYS NOW !! To make a wisdom teeth extraction appointment because they hurt and I have a referral BUT EVERY TIME THEY TRANSFER ME TO THE DEPARTMENT NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE !! I call back to tell them and they hang up on me again which is very rude. I have left many messages and nobody has responded. This is sickening"

"Had the best experience today! My daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to see my the same day. Dr. D Patel and Daniela the dental assistant were amazing. They had me in and out in no time and my daughter was on her way with no pain and enjoyed her visit. Couldn't thank them enough!"
