"My husband’s nightmarish experience at this office opened my eyes to the scam that is corporate chain dental offices, and as an RN myself, I am horrified. First of all, it’s impossible to get a good-old regular cleaning, which is considered preventive care and usually covered 100% by most insurances, almost as if it’s not profitable enough to bother with. No, you have to shell out hundreds to simply have your teeth cleaned; and no, they will not do it on your initial visit when you get all your X-rays, which is how I’ve always had it done in the past with multiple dentist offices without issue. Secondly, the dentists hop around between patients and don’t even bother to explain the procedure, which was my husband’s experience with his root canal and subsequent crown. Right after the procedure, the dentist just left and my husband was rushed out. Thinking he had a temporary crown that would need to be replaced, he called the next day and was told that “the dentists are the best and don’t need to do impressions for crowns”. Skeptical, my husband called again and spoke to another staff member who said he was given false information and he needed to come in AGAIN for an impression. Which, come to find out at that visit, he didn’t even have a temporary crown put in because the dentist that was supposed to put it in “didn’t have time that day”! He never did get the permanent crown. After more than 6 weeks of waiting and inquiring on the phone about the status of the crown (that had already been paid for), which is longer than a temporary crown should be in, he went in person to be fed lies about why it still wasn’t ready. He asked for a refund which they assured him they would process, but was never actually processed until we emailed their customer support. Lastly, during a visit my husband overheard staff discussing their bonuses for selling treatment plans, which to me just seems wholly unethical. Patients beware, this place clearly just wants to rob families of their hard earned cash, and leaves you wondering if you had unnecessary work done."

"The office staff was not friendly at all. The dentist came in and spoke to me for maybe three minutes and then left everything up to the hygienist. The hygienist try to upsell me like we were at a car lot. I had been to a dentist prior and had a very good visit and was told that my teeth were in great shape and she tried to talk me into a cleaning that cost almost a large amount. I will not return and will be disputing the claim with my insurance provider."

"This was the absolute worse experience. I like to leave honest reviews since companies reputation are on the line. The staff had manners and we’re respectful. My appointment was at 11 and I waited for 45 minutes. Got back to the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes. The equipment wasn’t charged nor was it ready. I was told again we would need to move to a new location. I have a full scheduled day and if it took that long for just the X-ray I KNOW I would have been there for another two hours. I think not!!!!! They need to get organized and be in sync. I will not be returning nor spend my money there!"
