"I’m new to the area and haven’t found a dentist yet. Yesterday a tooth broke so I was desperate. Luckily I found Smile Source ATL East and they got me in this morning. The people were great, so nice and Dr Brandon saved my tooth! And Natashia is fantastic."

"I told them numerous times I did not want or need an X-ray since I just had them 6 months ago. I sent them my latest X-rays, which Michelle assured me that the doctor had reviewed and said would work fine without any issues. They then called every other day to try and squeeze me into an earlier appointment. Very annoying to receive voicemails while I’m at work saying I need to call them back asap, only because they want your help churning through clients faster. They send too many reminders asking you to fill out the 8 forms ahead of time, ask you to be there early, and they will still be late to see you. I waited past my schedule appt time only to be told that the doctor will need to run X-rays after all before he can do a cleaning, because he “looked at my X-rays a little closer.” The office manager said they needed the more recent X-rays in order to understand how to do the cleaning (seriously?). This is after she and the doctor had received my X-rays and already assured me that no new X-rays would be needed. They were extremely deceiving. I will be looking for another dentist in the area and staying away from large network providers like Smile Source, where you’re treated more like a number or source of revenue than a person."

"It started with the wonderful Michelle answering the call to schedule my appt. I stated that to her that I was very nervous to see the dentist and she calmly ensure me that I would be in great hands and she was right. From the time I walked the overall feeling in the office is friendly, pleasant and loving. Met Michelle in person and she was even more wonderful than over the ph not sure how that was possible. Michelle walked me to the patient room asked me what did I want to watch to help me relax. While waiting another beautiful soul by the name of Kyra comes in. She is Dr. Lynch's assistant. She is another incredible asset to the practice. She explain all the X-Rays that she was doing and again reassuring me that I was in a great place. Dr. Lynch was so remarkable, again very pleasant and honest. Treat me like a gem in his precious hands. The pièces de résistance was the office manager Andrea. She took the time to give me all the info I needed for my treatment plan and payment option. My experience was truly spectacular, breathtaking on the care from the entire staff. If you are in the Dekalb County area and are in need of dental services, look no further than Smile Source. Your teeth will be happy that you did!!! -Updated: Went for a follow up and met 2 more great employees by the name of Keona and Kenny. They are remarkable and beautiful people and I am so happy I chose this dental office."
