"I seen Doctor Diaz in his Logan WV office then followed him to Chapmanville he closed it down about 7 year's ago I've tried to get in to see him at Logan Mingo mental health. But they I had to see a nurse. Now they are telling me he has retired from there he's the only Doctor that's ever helped me and when he left Chapmanville I almost cried in front of him my name is Donald West and if you ever read this ive been trying to see you for almost 10 years you were great Doc your old patient that apresiated you more than you will ever know Donald West"
