I was not pushed into services I did not want but was actually talked to about what I wanted. Recommendations were given in a sensible way. This day was much improved from earlier visits. Thank you for the friendly and efficient service. I appreciate being treated as an adult and free to discuss and make choices."

"After my dentist retired, I found Rausch Dentistry. They are definitely patient, customer service, oriented. I appreciate everyone working there, from the person at the check-in desk to the hygienists to the dentist and the check-out desk. All treat patients with kindness and respect. Plus they do great work."

"I really wanted to like this dentist office. I've gone in for exams for a few years and I keep getting misinformation about my teeth and gum health. No one seems to know whether or not I have bone loss, or if I need a normal cleaning or periomaintenance. I also keep getting mixed messages about how to floss for some reason. The hygienists can't seem to agree on the same thing and they won't thoroughly look at each others notes. I've tried to schedule exams with the same hygienist but that doesn't seem to work. I had to stop them from recommending braces because I already received 3 consultations where I was informed that I don't need braces; I'd been going here for years and all of a sudden, they think I need braces. Ridiculous. I also found out from my last visit that my insurance information was entered incorrectly, which was alarming. Overall, I don't recommend this office. I've had good experiences here, but the misinformation and the inability to agree on the right procedures outweighs those good experiences."

"Just had my very first crown..I was very nervous, but Dr. Kaplan and her assistant too extra care of me. They offered me comfort by offering a blanket, explanations of the procedure, after care instructions, and they gave me several breaks. I'm so grateful for Dr. Kaplan's diligence, her attentiveness to my comfort and my experience with my own body/ dental health to make sure we were collaborating on care planning. The procedure assistance was excellent, the front desk was empathetic and helpful and I always feel like I'm more than just a number at Rausch Family Dentistry. Thanks guys for being my trusted caregivers for over 5 years now."
