"I’ve been taking both of my fur babies here for years. I have a 4yo pit bull who has severe anxiety and I’m a basket case when it’s time for a vet visit. My Moe is the sweetest, most loving guy but he’s scared of everything and so anxious. I’m always worried people will mistake him as mean and they won’t b nice to him. Every time I’ve taken him to this office they’ve been nothing but wonderful to him and immediately see thru all his trust issues. We actually have an appt today bc sadly he has an ear infection. I have no doubt they’ll be nothing but great to him. As far as pricing goes I don’t think they’re higher than any other vet in the area. Tbh, I’d pay any amount for the compassion they show to both of my babies. I’ve taken them to other places (I won’t name on here) and I wouldn’t pay them $10 for the way they treated them. I highly recommend this office!!"
"Dr. Chevalier always overbooks so plan to spend 2 hours there especially for afternoon appointments. They are often unable to get dogs in for urgent care visits causing frustrating visits to the very expensive and time consuming Pet ER. She do not always correctly update notes about medication dosage changes causing issues with Chewy orders causing our boy's meds to get messed up. Finally, despite advertising and what they tell clients, the boarding department is unable to give pets time sensitive medication on time so do not trust any special needs pups at the boarding. Our boy passed away hours after coming home from the boarding facility."
"Did a meet & greet of a dog to adopt at this location. Staff was friendly and the office was very clean & nice. They have office cats & I thought that was very interesting as they were allowed to roam freely. There was a sign on the entrance letting dog owners know in case their dogs didn't like cats. If it was not so far from my home I would use them as my vet. Very nice place."
"There are no words to describe how wonderful this clinic treated my ill cat. I brought her in, not knowing what was wrong, and they told me that she was in severe DKA. I had her at this clinic back and forth between there and the emergency vet, and each time she was there she was always treated so well. Not only did they take great care of her, they were all extremely kind to me and informative throughout the whole process. Dr. Fraley is the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made sure to keep me posted on how my baby was doing and made sure she was getting everything that she needed. She is honest, but also extremely compassionate and kind. Another important side note, they have very reasonable prices. I cannot tell you how many tests and treatments they tried on my Gravy, and it did not break my bank. Unfortunately, my cat was too sick and had to be put to sleep. But I can say without a doubt, she would likely have not had a chance at all without the care of the technicians and Dr. Fraley at this clinic. Take your babies to this clinic, you will not regret it. Thank you guys for being the best!"
"I guess they did a fine job of testing/diagnosing my five rescue kitties. I would say their “bedside manners” and customer service have room for improvement. They seem to be way more concerned about money and their financing options than your furry family members. Had to pay $200 by phone from their parking lot before they’d even let us through the door. Would’ve been nice to have been given some information about the ailment they were diagnosed with and some instruction and maybe some tips or tricks regarding treatment."
