"I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received when having a molar Removed! I was extremely happy with the dentist because he was so happy and accommodating to my anxiety and the way I felt! Constantly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain! He deserves a raise! I've never met a dentist that was so happy, and polite! I'd give front desk department 2 stars simply because they are in absolutely no hurry to do anything really, especially when you call over and over again because you had only half the work done and they are supposed to refund half the money back to you. I keep getting " transferred, or put on hold to check if she's in office" I was in there yesterday you can see directly into the office to see if she is there or with a client. Front desk is RIGHT BESIDE her office. There is zero reason I should sit on hold for almost 10 whole minutes waiting for someone to get back to me. That's what I'm disappointed about."

"I had a toothache and called to see how quick I could get an appointment. The office staff is outstanding. They worked me in immediately and did an exam to gave me a few options. They care about your overall health and not just a temporary fix. Every single employee I met was so nice and comforting. I was very anxious going in and they went above any expectations I had to make sure I was aware of every option and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. They do not pressure you in anyway. Dr. Her sat down with me and listened to not only the pain I was experiencing but wanted to know my expectations in the long-term. I had 3 extractions yesterday and was given sedation by IV and never felt anything. Today Dr. Her called me personally to go over everything that was done and to check in on me. I am very happy I decided to have Lifetime Dental do not only my short-term issue but I feel 100% confident in the plan Dr. Her and I decided to in the future. I can't say enough about how friendly and caring every single member of his staff is!"

"All the staff is respectful and friendly. Aaida, Estrella, and Ashley made sure I was taken care of, and that everything they were doing was explained fully. Aaida especially made sure to compliment my brushing and explain the equilibration process to me. She was also excited for me to soon get relief from grinding once I decided to go through with the procedure. I left with a goodie bag and a smile on my face. I look forward to getting my teeth taken care of here, and hope that my insurance can allow me to continue doing so! (:"
