I received a welcome/thank you card in the mail from her after my visit. I can tell based off of the card that she genuinely listened to our entire conversation during my cleaning. "What a nightmare!!! RUN! I came here to get an upper denture and lower partial. I don't want everyone knowing I have false teeth, but here I am having to embarass myself in order to warn others. I came here and paid over $700 (only part of what I owed) and all I got was some goo squirted in my mouth and then the wax try-in's were horrible , had big divots, and were very crooked (like these people). The assistant tried to tell me they looked straight, until another assistant came in and first thing out of her mouth was "why are they so crooked?". So I turned the work down so they had me come back 5 more times and every time the teeth were exactly the same (they did nothing to remedy the imperfections). Finally the 5th time they sent me to the actual lab where the teeth are made. They assured me if he could see me in person he could fix them. Unfortunately I followed their printed directions to a vacant construction zone where nobody had ever heard of a dental lab. So I came back and dropped the teeth off with GDG and informed them that I no longer trusted them to provide me with the dentures I partially paid for and that I would like a full refund. These folks sent me a check for $349 and said they were keeping the rest of my money because they had tried 5 times (like I was benefitting from having to find a baby sitter and come there 5 times and be lied to). Well it gets worse. I had the great displeasure of dealing with office manager Tiffany that very coldly told me they are keeping my money. What a joke. I asked to speak to an owner/partner, but was denied that common courtesy. I will be filing a BBB complaint and FTC complaint. I got charged for absolutely nothing, but stolen time and gas on my end. I expect a call from an owner/partner and I expect my money to be completely refunded. Michelle in the office was always lovely and polite. She is best thing they have going for their practice."

"Great experience! Office coordinator Michele was very welcoming. The place is clean and they use state of the art equipment. My hygienist Stephanie was amazing! Such attention to detail and care. Also Dr. Meyer was very thorough and kind. I will definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone!"
