"I went to HPT in Milton for knee issues, was trying to prevent from having surgery and injections. Keenan and Deana helped me to achieve this. As I left PT, after several months, I had become pain free most days. If I did have a flare up it was mild compared to what I had before. I am with some arthritis in my knees, so flare ups can and most likely will occur, but staying mobile is going to be key to keep pain down. I admit starting out, I was sceptical of how much PT could help my pain and motion.
