"10 months ago I wrote a generic post not detailing everything I felt regarding this dentist. He had a wonderful staff then and they are still great today. 7/30/18. My visit today sealed my decision not to return to this office due to several reasons. They always say that you get what you pay for, well although I decided to come back today I was very hesitant because although he's personable, my experience in his chair both previous times was VERY painful and ROUGH. I went back because he had my records and now that I am unemployed I would be paying out of pocket. It has not been a year since my last examination, but he chose to charge me for another one anyway. His staff tried to help as best they could but he chose not to budge even though I've been with him since I moved back. While I understand that certain policies have to be followed, it has not been a year yet and as far as I'm concerned ALMOST doesn't equal IS. So my suggestion is if you choose to use him, be prepared for a possibly painful experience. (BEFORE) My visit was very professional and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very kind."
