"I’ve been visiting this office for almost 10 years and after today I will not be going back. I respect Dr. Sayeg but his office staff has not been the most efficient over the past couple of years. They have been bringing in new dentists into the practice. I was placed with the first dentist with no notification. He just walked in after my cleaning and introduced himself. I was told Dr. Sayeg was cutting back on his time in the practice. A year later, I got placed with another dentist and again no one asked if I was ok with this since the last dentist left. I started building a rapport with Dr. Han and he advised that I needed a crown so I eventually scheduled it. About two hours before my appointment, I got a call from their office letting me know they had to cancel due to assistants being out sick. No problem, I understand that. I advised I would just reschedule another date. I called back on today to schedule my procedure and I was explaining that this was ordered by Dr. Han but the intake person kept saying it will be with Dr. Sayeg or another dentist that I didn’t recognize. I said no it should be with Dr. Han. Rather than her letting me know that he was gone, she acted as if I didn’t know what I was taking about. At this point I’m frustrated because once again no one told me he was gone and didn’t bother to ask if I was okay seeing another dentist. I then asked for the office manager Lori who was rude. I expressed my concern that I should’ve been notified that Dr. Han was gone and she said I’m sorry what else do you want me to say?!?! I explained to her that rarely have I complained and she had the audacity to bring up my chart and said we had an issue with you regarding missed visits back in 2015 as if I have a criminal record. That was laughable being that I only go the dentist two to three times a year if that. I thought that was really unprofessional especially after the fact that the missed visits were due to a family crisis and traveling for work but there was no empathy. Let me be clear, I did contact them but she failed to mention that. As a healthcare professional who has been in the industry for over 15 years, this was unacceptable. I will not be returning."

"The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and always willing to help. The service is top notch. They pay attention to EVERY detail. The communication is consistent across the office. It took me 3 years to find a dentist office that had EVERYTHING that I was looking for. I am happy that I came across Start Smiling Dental. I have been going here for two years and the level of service has only gotten better. You will NOT find a better office. I tell EVERYONE about my dentist office. Job well done to everyone, it takes a team!"

"Dr. Mark and the whole team are the best. For years I dreaded to go to the dentist, but since I've been coming here I practically look forward to it. They take such good care of you, from the standard cleanings and checkups to major dental procedures. And they listen to you and do everything to make you feel at home. Minimal wait times, too. Can't say that about anywhere else I go for medical service. Even the checkout process is great, as they always have your paperwork and insurance stuff figured out ahead of time. Everyone on the team is dedicated and seems to genuinely like each other, and it shows in the service. They're simply the best!"

"I recently had a cleaning at Dr. Sayeg's office and was reminded of how much I love his practice -- I've been a patient of his since my family moved to Atlanta in the mid-90's. Even though I'm an adult and have moved away, I still make teeth cleaning appointments on my visits home. The office is always clean and comfortable and, mostly importantly, everyone is very friendly and warm. This comes from the top down because Dr. Sayeg himself is very sweet and makes everyone feel comfortable and like their needs are important. It seems to me that he treats his staff well, as he does his patients. I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for dental care in the Atlanta area!"
