"If you are looking for a good medical, dental office, DO NOT COME HERE. I came here to get a "permanent" retainer put in after my previous one that I had came off (after 10 years). The new retainer that was put in, did not even last a full week - keep in mind, I did pay $300 for this piece of wire. I went back to get it done again and they said that the orthodontics team is not in on the day I scheduled??? If they aren't in then why was I scheduled? Anyways, I asked to speak with the manager and ask for a refund, and he said he had to speak to the dental team and would get back to me a week later. Fast forward to ONE MONTH later, I get a call from the office manager with zero sympathy and understanding for a situation that is entirely on the office, not on the patient. He said he cannot issue me a refund since I "lost" the retainer and that to get it put back in, I would have to pay an additional fee. Absolutely inconsiderate. I am not one to post a bad google review, but this place truly just shocked me. Very poor work ethic and extremely unprofessional. Do not come here if you seek appropriate and decent dental care."

"The customer service and staff are exceptional, it is well run and I had a great experience at this dentist office. Tiffini did a great job with my cleaning and helped me understand what I needed and the costs associated with the cleaning. The cleaning was performed on the same day as my first appointment. I'll be going back."

"This spot is always easy and gentle. The front desk is a whole vibe. The front desk staff that greets you are so stylish and kind. My hygienist Gregory is so fantastic, I almost don’t want to tell you his name because seriously I need to always have open appointments with this kind gentleman. What a perfect human and so genuinely kind. So very gentle and fantastic at his job. I always feel well cared for with Gregory. Thank you for helping me get my oral health back tip top. I no longer dread going to the dentist or flossing/brushing my teeth."

"My wife and I had two appointments, one at 10 and 11 but we ended up getting called together. We had our six month and five year old boys with us. They acted fast and they helped us watch the babies while we were getting treated. Some other dentist probably would’ve made us reschedule. Amazing service!"
