"I had an appointment with Dr. Corless back in August of 2023. The reason I’m writing this review now is because I have to get my grown done on my tooth but I am hesitant to go back to this location. My last experience with her is the reason why I have not been back. I feel that more people have had my experience but don’t care enough to leave a review. After she finished my 6 month cleaning she left me laying down on the chair and just walked off. She ASSUMED that I wanted to watch tv but who wants to be lying that way if no one is in their mouth cleaning their teeth. I was supposed to be seen by someone else after but she just left me there. The dental assistant had to come and raise my seat back up. This was like my 3rd bad experience here. Now don’t get me wrong, my teeth always come out good but everytime I come here, I feel like I’m a car at a 15 minute car wash. Another time I came here because my crown fell off after getting my cavities filled. I wasn’t accusing them of doing it, I wanted them to look at the tooth that I had a route canal on. I was treated so badly and scolded because the dentist was not listening to me. They acted like they didn’t want to service me even after I made my appointment. He told me that I should “take accountability” and was talking to me like a child. He must have assumed I was someone who walked off of the street trying to get a free service. He eventually gave me a X-ray and seen that there may have been a slight infection in the area and suggested I see an Endodontist. So I was not wrong for making my appointment. I felt really bad leaving out. The building is always nice and clean, good location and a good receptionist but I do believe that there is a issue with scheduling and there is some discrimination as far as how patients are perceived. I work 3rd shift at Amazon and usually go straight to my appointments after work so I’m usually not dressed up. There had been times where I was off from work, and not in work clothes and came to my appointments and was treated differently. Also I feel that some of the staff does not get along with each other and it shows. There’s a lot of people working in the medical field that lack empathy. I just feel that if you don’t have patience or good judgement to service the public then you should change professions."

"The staff and doctors at DentFirst are amazing. They know my family by name and take good care of us. Dr. Salazar, Terrence, hygienist Marisol, and the front desk staff are all wonderful. Highly recommend the Lenox location."

"I go out of my way to go come to the Lenox office. The level of care and service that I receive from Dr. Salazar and Donna, the Office Manager is top notch. I am always greeted with a warm hello and smiles from everyone. They truly care about my dental needs and work with you to make sure that the insurance covers what is needed and any out of pocket costs are affordable. Amber did my cleaning during my last visit and was very nice!"

"I had the best dental care experience here. The doctor and his team are awesome. very down-to-earth, willing to listen and explain everything to you. They won't force you into anything and they will try to save money for you. Very clean, and organized, I would recommend it to anyone."
