"Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to wonder if it was a licensed doctor or an intern that performed the work. Horrible experience, I am out of 2500.00 the visit was fine, staff was nice, but the doctor said I had a cavity. I had it filled, the work went fine. The tooth was sensitive after 4 days when flossing. I went back to have them check it, they said it was fine. Six months has past, went to have my cleaning done at my old dentist as my confidence in their abilities was waning. My tooth was still a little sensitive to some air movement, so it was not a real surprise when they told me that I would have to have root canal preformed on that tooth. They showed me the x-rays and it was essay to tell that the tooth was decaying, I am not even able to get a crown. I am out 2500.00, the cost of root canal. The only reason I had tried this place was that it was on my new insurance plan and was located near me, want to save a few dollars, go ahead. Never ever go to a strip mall dentist, why, because they are not owned by a dentist, they don't know anything about dentistry. The hire the least experienced and the dumbest because that is all that will apply at these places."
"If you are looking for an awesome dentist office. Look no further! This office is top notch! Dr. Rozema and his assistant are amazing! I was extremely nervous about crowning my front tooth (I have never had a crown before let alone it be the front tooth). Dr. Rozema went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything would be okay. His assistant did everything to make me feel comfortable and at ease. He sets very high standards for himself and his office and my crown looks amazing! And.....Lucy is awesome! She is totally on top of her game at the front desk with appointments, insurance etc. She makes you feel like you are part of the family the second you walk in the door. Love her!!! Love them all!!!!"
