I have requested to be removed from their e-mail list numerous times over the course of YEARS and still continue to get these e-mails so be prepared for a lifetime commitment if you give this company your contact information. Extremely annoying!"

"Review of Dr Susan Rifkin What a refreshing experience! If I could give Dr. Susan Rifkin and her incredible staff a rating of 10 stars, I would! It always pleases me to be able to say, “Good Job!”, but unfortunately, I find that this has become harder to do these days. I have high expectations and do not have much patience with mediocrity and try to avoid it. (I waited 1 ½ hours past my scheduled appointment with my Emory cardiologist the week before seeing Dr. Rifkin. I walked out in disgust .. after his nurse told me. “Oh, he is usually an hour behind in appointments. No apology.) I understand that sometimes problems arise and that delays do occur. But those should be the exceptions and not the rule. I was fortunate that a neighbor ( with great credentials) recommended Dr Susan Rifkin to me as a dentist. Dr. Rifkin and her wonderful staff are incredible. Phones are answered quickly and pleasantly; no long holds or a menu of 50 endless hoops to jump thru. Appointments are quickly and efficiently scheduled. The office is beautiful and soothing. It is conveniently located and easily accessible. There is a covered parking garage with free parking; no $7 minimum like many doctors' offices. The entire staff seems to enjoy what they are doing and are very patient-friendly. The office functions very efficiently; no extended waiting or down time. Dr Rifkin is the most thorough, conscientious, kind, personable. accommodating, and focused health care professional that I have encountered in 65 years ...and I have seen a number of doctors across the US in my life. I went in as anew patient for a routine cleaning. Dr. Rifkin seemed to have all the time in the world to do an excellent exam and discovered a couple of cavities of which I was unaware --although I had seen my peridontist only six months ago and brush, WaterPik, floss, and gargle twice daily; my first cavities ever. When was the last time your doctor sent you a hand-written follow- up note thanking you for being a patient? I just received such a note from Dr. Rifkin.
