"They do great work -- but really try to capitalize on your insurance in what seems like predatory ways. My first visit - scheduled an exam and cleaning. They didn't clean my teeth and asked me to come back again for another visit (in which they can bill for). Why would anyone want to wait an hour for an exam and then not get their teeth cleaned? And then make time to come again AND get billed for it? Proceed with caution re: your hard earned money."

"Really nice facility and people were incredibly kind/friendly but they moved my appointment without consulting me or contacting me, which forced me to miss part of work unplanned. Took a lot longer than expected so also could not get my teeth cleaned after X-rays, despite them having “moved my appointment to accommodate the busy hygienist schedules.” I’m happy to give them a second chance but am currently on the fence given this experience."

"The provider and staff are very friendly. However, insurance authorization was not confirmed prior to my appointment resulting in me paying out of pocket. The schedule also didn’t allow time for scheduled cleaning, and I had to make a second appointment after being there a hour and a half. Things happen. Overall, communication with patients beforehand could be improved."
