Food City Pharmacy

"Roxy in the front is so friendly and welcoming. When i go for the sales i always go to her line. Food city should be happy to have her. The pharmacy is awesome, with friendly staff. I had my covid-19 vaccine there all 3 of them. 4stars because of how the store is most of the time not welcoming in neatness."

"Few months back I went in to get my prescription, tech behind counter setting down working on something kept looking up at me never said anything just kept looking up at me finally I coughed and she look up at me with the meanesss look and said you need something and I said yes I need to pick up my prescription and she like I am busy she was rude. After that she was rude everytime I went in there. Finally I talk to the store manager so she is not allowed to wait on me 2 weeks after I talk to manager I went in got my pills I got home one was all crushed up in the bottle. Now if I call they pick up phone hang up on me moving to another pharmacy!!! I don't know what her problem is but I don't think she is the type that needs to be around peoples medicines!!!!"
