"There is one pharmacist and other techs here who are WONDERFUL. However! I have had one particularly unacceptable and unethical experience here. One pharmacist who from the beginning treated me strangely, one day after filling the same medication for several months, decided at her discretion to know longer fill said medication. When I went in to pick it up, the experience I had was humiliating- I understand her "professional judgement" in no longer filling my medication from this doctor, but she directly insulted both myself AND my doctor. Stating OUT LOUD private information about my medication dosages and information about my doctor. I told her, politely that I understood that decision but she continued to be combative in her communication. After she VIOLATED HIPPA LAWS disclosing aloud my personal information, insulted my doctor of over 10 years, and insulted me...I was simply trying to find out where to get my medication filled. Upon further escalation prompted by her, and presumptuous personal attacks and statements, she called security on me! I was literally in tears at this point. I am not one to waste my time, but this is completely unacceptable. If this had not happened, I would have given this pharmacy a 5 star rating."
