"I go to a CVS in Virginia were i live ask them to fill my meds...... Ok here you go adam thank you for useing us. Bam simple and easy...... Go to one in Tennessee can u fill my meds please. I get that there out of 2 of them and cant fill the rest because they cant get ahold of my neurologist. They need to get ahold of a neurologist for colonopin a anxiety med not a behavioral health place were i got the prescription they need a neurologist this state makes no sence how do people live with other people like that there hole life i cant handle it for 5 min"

"Someone needs to come in here and train the staff on processing insurance. Just tried to get a flu shot, and was told that they basically have to go through a list of 100 types of BCBS insurance, trying each insurance one by one, until they find mine. This is absolutely absurd. I’ve never had this issue at another pharmacy. I get a flu shot every year and never had this problem. Also they were really rude about it. I didn’t end up getting my flu shot even after 20 min of them trying to find my insurance for a FREE flu shot. Ridiculous."

"If I could go to different pharmacy, I would. Most of the time when I go to pick up my son's prescription, I have to make an extra trip later in the day because it isn't ready. And it always takes hours. I wouldn't be so bothered by this if it wasn't my child's medicine that he needs."
