"The rooms are clean and comfortable but they could improve by changing the reception staff is rude, aggressive, lack of respect, I saw a customer treated disrespectfully and then when it was my turn it was horrible and rude, good hotel. Horrible man at reception, the truth is I would not return."

"This is the worst cheap hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never stay there again. My room was filled with cockroaches. When I told the manager, he did not care, he seemed to be annoyed that I told him about it. Stay away from this place unless you want to sleep with cockroaches."

"This is not a plush five-star hotel, HOWEVER...it is a great place to stay and I will stay here again when visiting family in the area. The price was great for a clean, well maintained, quiet place to sleep. We stayed four days. The room was cleaned well daily. We left some clothing items on the bed one day, so the person who cleaned the room actually left a handwritten note to say they couldn't change the sheets. A+ for that! The breakfast was good. The desk staff was friendly (but I did drop by a couple of times and didn't find anyone there. The location isn't great if you are a tourist going to Chattanooga and staying a few days. It is easy to get to, and the Western Sizzling restaurant next door had great food. There are a few other fast food restaurants nearby, but that is about all. The hotel itself was definitely a good find."
