"I took my Stihl BR 350 leaf blower in for what I thought would be a warranty repair and was told it would be a three to four day repair. The next day I was reading online that it was probably the spark arrestor needed cleaning. So I decided to go pick it up and make the repair myself and when I got there I was told by the owner it was indeed the spark arrestor and it was not covered by warranty and I owed 55.00 for the repair. I asked why was it repaired without contacting me with the cost first and I was told that it’s not their policy. So I had to pay 55.00 for a fifteen minute repair that I was not given the option to approve."

"I purchased a Stanley tumbler on a black Friday sale. After a few days they canceled the order because they no longer had it in stock. A week or so later they called and said it was back in stock and they would hold me one. When I got there they would not honor the sale even with my email proving the price. Very rude sales person. I'll never do business with this kind of people again. They acted as if they could not have cared less about business."
