"wont go back. last year got tested here for covid, came back negative then i go elsewhere and it’s positive. this week i got tested for the flu and it came back negative. i went to the er and they tested me and it was positive. poor service, this place is a joke."

"Company values, what a joke, I had some great experiences with therapists who have been fired for the most part but the Dr's and practicioners have all been judgemental and condescending. They are selfish and treat everyone as less than human, we're just there for them to make as much profit as possible off of as possible and help their career.. This is why they have prescribed anti depressants and other meds in waves after pharmaceutical reps come by and strike deals to recommend their companies medications. This is the result of people who get into medicine for money, they don't care if you develop habits or have side effects so long as they're making something from it and they will defend pharma with vigor if you point out a fact or negative statistic and hold it against you, they're condescending because they're better than you, other than the therapists everyone treats you as less than if your an addict and talk to you like a child, assuming you will do illegal things if given the slightest opportunity, they hold everyone accountable to the worst patients just like someone wants to take your rights because someone who doesn't care about laws might do something and will not abide by laws so they make stronger laws to limit those who do no harm and continue to make it more harsh thinking that eventually with strong enough laws that the lawless will at some point start following the law. It's as ridiculous as any other addiction clinic, only there to profit from someone's misery and help themselves. If you have the option, go somewhere else."

"I called Monday 9/13 to schedule an appointment to discuss ADHD medication. They make me an appointment for today, Thursday 9/16. I get there and find out that they can’t prescribe stimulants so I agree to Strattera, a non-stimulant. Well imagine my surprise when I find out it’s $250 for a month supply. I feel this was an extremely underhanded thing. Most non-stims can be super expensive because a lot are still under patent. I would have appreciated knowing this before I scheduled my appointment. Now I’m going to have to wait an extra week to get started on a treatment because OVP didn’t feel it was necessary to tell me that I’d have to go elsewhere. Don’t go here for ADHD treatment."
