Dr. Patel and her team took care to thoroughly explain the process and the procedures involved in my treatment plan. The atmosphere is pleasant and I’m always called back in a timely manner."

"My husband very clearly stated he did not need x rays and they insisted. He told them it had been done already this year and he didn’t want to and again, they insisted and said insurance would cover it. After the x ray, they “realized” it was an oopsie and insurance wouldn’t cover them bc like he told them, he had already had them done this year. Then, they said they were going to have to charge him for their mistake. This is a bill we won’t be paying because we are not in the business of paying for other people’s mistakes. Not to mention, I’m canceling every appointment our family has made with this office. This office is dishonest and negligent!"
