"I wanted to post about a wonderful experience I had at River Valley Dentistry. I was in Chattanooga for a couple of months and had a filling break/fall out leaving a cracked and partially missing tooth. Being from out of town, I wanted to address the problem before going home to see my regular dentist. I made several calls to offices that took my insurance (United Healthcare) and everyone told me I’d need to wait several weeks to get in as I was not an existing patient. Fortunately I came across River Valley Dentistry. They got me in the next day for an exam. Everyone there was beyond polite and professional from the front desk, to the hygienist, and the dentist Dr J. While everyone I dealt with there was great, I’d like to say an extra thank you to Faith, Gina, Paige and Dr. J. for their fantastic care and friendliness. I wound up needing a crown an they were able to expedite the procedure due to my temporary stay in Chattanooga. They had the crown made and in place in less than 2 weeks. It was simple, quick, virtually painless and a completely professional level of care all around. I highly recommend River Valley Dentistry for your future dental care needs. They are absolutely awesome and if they weren’t so far away from my home town, they would definitely be my permanent dental provider. They are simply the best! Thank you~Chris"
