Dr. Scott and his wonderfully competent staff at Rome Smiles work hard to maximize comfort and efficiency and get the job done in such a professional manner. Pretty nice to get a crown and a cleaning done within 2 hours start to finish, in only 1 visit, and have minimal pain or discomfort all around. "I only waited 10min in waiting room and the receptionist was very cordial and welcoming. My hygienist, Amy, is not a stranger. She was courteous and ready for my cleaning. Dr. Scott came in and focused on my concerns and together we made a plan. Kim provided me with a written plan of care with cost projections and explained thoroughly. Tierra graphed my teeth with a new machine that did colored pictures of my whole mouth of teeth. Another assistant, that I cannot remember her name, along with Dr. Scott chose a color to blend with my current shade. It was a long afternoon, but everyone worked together to focus on me and to give me a smile that I will be pleased to show."
