"The lady who checked and cleaned my 4 year old son’s teeth was amazing. she was patient and kind. she explained to my son everything perfectly. he needs fillings and caps. they called to discuss billing. $900 for general anesthesia. plus $175 copay due at time of procedure. no thanks! their anesthesia people don’t accept any type of insurance"

"This is an absolutely amazing Dentist office. I have a lot of children and all of them can be seen at once in their large room. The waiting room is child friendly, and there are also things for them to do and look at while they are in the dentist’s seat. The nurses, hygienists, Dentists, And other staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and have always put my children at ease."

"March of 2022 they were able to get my then 1yr old in for an emergency. Extremely grateful they did amazing. Fast forward to last Friday I get a call about a bill I never received a statement on, well I tell them I'll call back in a bit cause I am at work. I called them from 12-1 (when they close) and no one would answer. All I got back was a stupid automated message saying they were sorry they missed my phone call. I tried again today called several times no answer. I try the office managers line, no answer. It wasn't until I mashed the button to schedule an appt that I finally got someone on the phone. Then they called an hour later wanting to know why I called. Next time I just won't pay the bill if they refuse to answer the phone. A total of 10 phone calls and 2 text messages where I was trying to contact them."

"My timid 4 year old got his teeth cleaned. I was worried about how he'd take it all. But the technician that cleaned his teeth was so thorough with explaining everything. She helped him be comfortable. I was astounded and so grateful. Fast forward a few years, I have to downgrade the rating. The head doctor gave my son his first filling and was awful. My son was so scared, during the procedure. My son began to moan because he couldn't cry, and the doctor gave him one firm "pat" on the leg (as if to shut him up) and said in a really condescending tone "it doesn't hurt, you're fine" We left that day with me vowing to never return. We went over to Splash Smiles, and have been very happy."
