"Took forever waiting, then they said my child couldn't get glasses, called the insurance their office had a hold for glasses that was already approved, had that removed, called back they said I would have to bring her back in after spending almost 2 hours there already today , glasses already picked out and all . Seems like it's very hard to get assistance. First visit and last . Would recommend Dr.Hunt's office in Elkins WV worth the drive."

"As soon as I walked in forgetting my insurance card at that time I realized I forgot my whole wallet which you kind need. We laughed and allowed me to go get it and come back. I did and after I got my life back in order I did! I felt I was like family as we all laughed together. Then I went to the optometrist assistant, this young lady was amazing. So helpful and caring. Again, felt like family. Then I saw the doctor, she was also amazing. Then it came to picking out the frames and spending money. Well the young lady who helped me, she was hilarious actually they all were through this entire process. I finally made my decision and then the money part…… well let me tell you, I was COMPLETELY surprised I did not have to remortgage my house. Wow right!!! This place has AMAZING prices.
