"My son was building a storage shed. I went to Lowes in Columbus, Georgia, to learn about floor anchors. Ronny showed me the different types around the store and explained how to use them for a shed floor. Ronny was accommodating, sweet, and funny – it was a pleasure meeting him."

"Customer service is at an all time low!!! Waiting 30 min in the flooring department as I’m typing this. Employee called someone over multiple times, I even called from my cell phone to speak to someone and tell them to send someone back. Still no one. So in all, someone has been called 4 times. One employee said corporate cut employees and hours. Why isn’t someone manning the section at all times?! This is unacceptable"

"Customer service has improved, helpful people that "walk" you to an isle VS point in a direction. Garden center always ready to answer questions. Right now it's Christmas at Lowes with a variety of artificial and real trees and decorations."

"I was down with a back procedure and had situated myself to return some store tiles and a small door on 12 November 2023. The tiles are in its original packaging and Lowe’s still sells this product. I did not have my receipt and I tried explaining to them about my ongoing renovations and that I needed a store credit so I can now purchase a vanity and a few other items. The two ladies were nice but did not understand my predicament. I am stuck with a door and tiles in my car. All I wanted was a store credit. Here’s a picture!!"

"Delivered new stove with bent frame!!! They were supposed to pick up, but when they called said they were on way to pick up REFRIGERATOR!! The warehouse told me since the paperwork was written up wrong (their fault) it would be next day before it would be picked up, and the wouldn't bring replacement until the day after their faulty product was picked up! Now it's the day my stove should have been delivered, and no notifications about delivery. When I called, was told it would be delivered tomorrow, not today, as it should've been. The lady I talked with in warehouse was very rude and made it clear she DID NOT CARE!! DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES!!! IF THEY DELIVER A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, YOU WILL HAVE A VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE TRYING TO GET IT REPLACED!!"
