"Was not satisfied with the service I was told several things over the phone something new everyday. When I finally came in person I asked for a copy of the paperwork that I signed Ms Tia told me they were unavailable until after it was filed when the irs opens she will send me a copy of all submitted paperwork. I will not recommend this place and will not file again with this company."

"Applied for the advance wasn’t approved however I don’t understand why not when I get an advance every year with Liberty Tax and they didn’t even call or correspond with me I had to contact them and ask. this was my first and last year filing with them they are horrible and I didn’t even get any paperwork reguarding my taxes or anything what’s the name of the bank???"
