"on 10 Nov 2023 At 6 pm after I got off work I went to this UPS store for a Notary. The female clerk was assisting me with my business, when the older gentleman with white hair screams, " WE DONT DO NOTARIES AFTER 6PM!" Now mind you it was 6:03pm at that moment and my psychic abilities have been slacking lately. But, his tone and the fact that he yelled! It was rude and uncalled for. I was polite and not rushing anyone or thing. I was one of two customers in the store and did not have to wait. Customer service for that individual needs to be addressed, and maybe he needs some coaching. He could have stated the exact same thing without the attitude and without yelling at me. Its sad, because I've never had a bad experience until now."

"*Have tried contacting the store and left numerous messages with staff and on voicemail after being promised a refund for the damaged shipment and received no response so I am posting the details here. I worked with Madelyn recently on equipment that needed to be picked up for my business partner from a university there and shipped to Springfield MO. The equipment was picked up and once at the store we discussed specific packaging needs due to this being high value sensitive computer equipment that is hard to come by. When I received the dimensions from her of 20x20x20 and 108 pounds I recommended the 4 firewalls be separated as I've had several high value items damaged in shipping already. She assured me that it had been properly packaged and I even asked about corner protectors, inserts, and other fillers. When I received this not only was the box destroyed with a gaping hole in the side but I found $2500 worth of equipment with nothing more than a single layer of bubble wrap on them and 3 or more inches of open space on all sides. I paid $202 for pickup and packaging plus another $150 shipping to have my investment ruined. Nobody buys a damaged Fortinet firewall because their entire network literally depends on it's reliability so these are a total loss. I have a claim in with UPS but last week was told the packaging costs were being refunded to my card and have yet to see anything and she will no longer respond to calls and messages. We're a small business and these kinds of losses impact us greatly with the time cost, equipment cost, and customer relationships as we have a client that needed these. Please let me know what you can do to assist with this matter I'm still happy to provide positive feedback and reviews if we can come to some sort of resolution."
