"Do not go here, they don't care about your health"
"Would not trust this doctor or her staff as previous reviewers stated, she or her staff do not care that they have your life in their hands. Multiple failed attempts and lack of care refilling prescriptions to the point a pharmacist was scolded by her staff members trying to advocate for me. They made several comments accusing me of abusing medication to the point the pharmacist sent information proving the inaccuracy of their accusations, but they could've cared less. Salem Regional Medical Center should be embarrassed by this location as a representation of their name and sincerely hope their employees retrain in customer service. When I escalated this situation, I was contacted by the employee who is in charge of the location and she stated that she couldn't get ahold of the doctors, how do you not have a doctor on call? Extremely disappointed to write a review like this to someone of her stature but I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. Anna Orlando didn't even have the decency to reach out to me and apologize for her lack responsibility to my care as her patient."
