"Coaches are amazing and is overall just a great experience. I've been going here for around a month or so and have learned a lot. If your on the lower end of the intelligent spectrum like me, then that's okay because the whole point of doing any of the classes is to master the movement and footwork then put power into it. The coaches will go step-by-step on every single thing and then some. I'd recommend taking the boxing and fkb kickboxing then Maui Tai sense it's a little more complicated. My only complaint is that you can't stay overnight."
