"I visited the Griffin, GA location as soon as it opened up. I was in search of an office chair. I was greeted by an amazing associate by name of Carlos. He was there every step of the way, answering all the questions I had (which was quite a few) while also completing his tasks. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Katrina. When I tell you she was a breathe of fresh air. VERY professional, knowledgeable, helpful and passionate. She explained and helped me sign up for a business account (which I knew nothing about but found out I need it). This was by far the best customer service experience I've experienced in a long time. Every one at that store deserves a bonus."

"Ordered online, picked up same day. Two boxed chairs were brought out to curbside pickup fairly quickly, and loaded into our Jeep for us. Chairs were put together at home without much difficulty and in use quickly."
