"I have been standing in additional services for 40 mins. There is only 1 person ahead of me. There are other employees standing around with no urgency to move the line forward."
"So I got stuck due to weather in Denver my connection was in Denver but my commuter plane couldn't get permission to land. 6 hours of trying the pilot finally got us to Denver. Of course I along with many other travelers missed our connections. United had a team set up and waiting to help with rescheduling and get travelers where they needed to be. I was very impressed with the team of people who worked tirelessly to fix the problem. I did have my boss book me into a local hotel. But the united team also took it another step and offered to deliver my checked baggage that made it to my final airport 2 hours after I did. Many would see the negatives in the whole situation. I however chose to see that this company went above and beyond to correct what went wrong from start to finish. They were never at fault for an airport decision to call all stop on in and out traffic due to weather they definitely delivered great customer service."
"So this morning God sent me an angel! My flight was delayed because of crew issues. I was switched to one flight by a United team member that would’ve changed my traveling time from 3.5 hrs to 8 hrs not including the time I arrived before my flight. On my way to my new gate Ms. Loretta could tell I was upset. She stopped me and typed for a long time and found a solution that was better than my original ticket. She was kind and understanding of my situation of needing to be on time for work. She literally was the best and I haven’t had an experience like that ever with any airline or in customer service in general. God bless you Ms. Loretta! I pray God is sending you a special blessing on my behalf"
"I had an excellent experience with United Airlines. Quick story, we live in Seattle. A friend was having a hard time, he needed to get home to Atlanta Georgia as quickly as possible. He packed his car with everything he own We made the drive in two days from Seattle to Atlanta Georgia. Only having 4 hours of sleep in 52 hours was tough. I asked the gate agent to make sure that I didn’t miss my flight, she said no problem let’s get your aisle seat to make it more comfortable too. Once we got on the plane there was a delay due to lightning. So it’s going to make it really tight for me to get on my next flight in Denver. I spoke with a flight attendant about making my next flight, she said that they were going to hold the plane. They held the plane for me and met me at the gate with water and a snack. The customer service was amazing. Thank you."
"First time ever flying United. The good: They were very nice, helpful and accomodating. Set me up with TSAcares and got everything I needed. All the staff I encountered were very nice on the Atlanta side. The bad: There were no charging ports on the plane as stated by the little sign and I paid for Wi-Fi and it just kept taking me to commercials and ads for United travel. THAT was a waste and I wasn't too happy after paying for it and seeing that it didn't really work. The wheelchair person was late to the gate and I had to walk. A bit painful but o made it. He really didn't talk and seemed as though he was lost at times. We got to the baggage claim and he turned around, then he asked if I had baggage. Once he picked it up off the carousel, he kinda dumped me. Didn't ask if I had to go to the restroom, if I needed a rental or if I was being picked up. He said nothing but, ok, bye. The Denver side really dropped the ball. Check out my videos of the Atlanta side."
