"Awful Experience. Don’t Rent Here. I picked up the suit after getting measured and it did not fit. It wasn’t even close. This was shortly before my wedding. The store was apologetic and promised to have it altered in house. When I picked up the suit a second time the sleeves came all the way down to my fingers. I had to buy material glue strips to fix it myself. And the broken clasp on the pants never was fixed, so it stuck out the entire wedding ceremony. Don’t rent here for your wedding. You will regret it."

"The purpose of Men’s Wearhouse, and using them for a an event is ease of use. Coming in getting fitted being told when it’s done coming in to make sure it fits and going home. I had to come in on four different occasions because on the original tux not one thing fit. The closest Men’s Wearhouse is an hour away from me, so not only did I have to drive for the first and the pick up but I had to go on two different occasions to pick up my tux and make sure it actually fit that time. Not only did I have to do this, but so did our entire bridal party. One of the members actually went to a local store to get the pants hemmed because he was so sick and tired of dealing with Men’s Wearhouse of Charleston West Virginia. They never once offered to make anything right and made it feel that due to our build, it made it hard to fit us. When returning my tux, I drove it two hours away to Columbus Ohio just so I did not have to deal with them anymore because you guys do not offer an option to ship back personally. This will be my last time utilizing Men’s Wearhouse my other experiences being similar. A wedding is supposed to be a very special day for somebody and you all, as a company provide a service that should make things a lot easier but instead made things much more difficult. Not once where we offered the opportunity for a discount or a refund or anything along those lines due to mistakes made. My hope is that folks utilize local businesses instead of this one."

"Due to the shop not opening till 11 on Sunday’s it became extremely inconvenient for me to return my suit rental. I had to re plan out my next two days just to get the suit back in and was charged a 21.40$ late fee for it being a day late. When you are literally the only men’s wear house in the state of WV, thus making you the only place to return the suit, there needs to be more of a grace period."

"I went to MW after not finding the selection, sizing, and quality at other retailers at the time of my visits. At MW I was greeted immediately, and asked how they could help. After explaining my situation, the two young gentleman proffered several clothing suggestions and walked me through my choices, genuinely listening to my tastes and concerns. The expertise of both these gentlemen, as well as a young lady who also provided assistance was invaluable and much appreciated. I left the store feeling confident in my selections, and appreciated as a customer. Thank you - and great job, MW staff!"

"Not sure about the expense but they have a lot of different options to choose from. The people there are sweet as well. The place is in quite tricky location."
