"The food at Mare Sol was by far one of the best meals I've ever had! During EVERY visit, I get nothing but five star treatment! Kudos to the Head Chef, Anthony Rainey, and his kitchen staff for doing an amazing job! I will highly recommend this restaurant and definitely will be back!"

"The blackened Alfredo was delicious apart from a few frustrations. The linguine was cut, and the sauce was very rich with no bread on the side to cut its saltiness. The ratio of chicken and noodle was very off, too much chicken, not enough noodle to catch that creamy sauce. Ravioli was simple, fried, with a cheese filling."

"A welcomed surprise for small town dinning. We arrived at what is typically the slowest time of day for most restaurants and par for the course only 1 table was actively being used. We took our time deciding what to eat and our waiter was very helpful & friendly providing guidance to specials & customer favorites. We ended up choosing steak & blue salads add salmon for both of us. The wait for food seemed a bit long but we weren’t in a hurry at all. It was presented well & tasted great. Afterwords we had crème brûlée cheesecake & it ranks up there with some of the best. Definitely made fresh & we were even able to see bits of vanilla in it, unfortunately this is uncommon for “modern food” because it added so much to our meals that we would go back specifically for dessert alone."

"Elegant eatery right downtown. Easily walking distance from anywhere DT. Great food and booze in a lively atmosphere. Lots of variety on the menu. Extensive beer and wine menu with a full bar as well. Lots of local favorites. The dining area is set up nicely with large booths for groups, small tables for date night and a nice bar for quick bites. Glad we stopped in here for dinner on our work trip. Highly recommend."

"With a party of 6 celebrating our friends birthday we ventured to the quaint city of LeGrange Georgia where we encountered Mare Sol. We arrived on the early side of Happy Hour since we know reservations are hard to get. Our server Jen was very patient as we asked so many questions about menu items. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I loved the ambiance with the open floor plan and the natural lighting. Our food was hot and tasty. The wine recommendation was on point. This is definitely a place to try if you find yourself in this small town as they are trying to do big things with flavor. I do wish they had more gluten free options."
