"The manager of this store is completely RUDE, I walked in at like 5 mins till seven on a FRIDAY! And I asked the manager “slow customer day huh” she replied “we close in 5 minutes” I said the website said 9 and she said “that’s Google that’s not us” I said “okay no need to check me” she then asked me to leave after her snarky condescending remarks and then asked me why I even came in the first place. To get my nieces something but NO she had to be rude. The mall was completely dead when I got there at 5 so I thought a STRUGGLING MALL would want the business but apparently not. DO NOT GO HERE, EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL Update the website did say 9 PM on the malls website! Still no contact from Aeropostale"

"Manager was so rude that my son & husband left without buying the items they wanted. I was already in line & my boys needed jackets or I would've too. I let her know she was rude as well. I will NOT go back when she's there."
