"Was working out of town and found this store on google. When I tell you this is a must stop if you love games, movies, records, of funko pops you have to stop here. They have everything from loose games to CIB games. They have full special editions as well."
"Never knew about this jewel until I looked on google for game stores. I recently got a Wii for Christmas (reliving my childhood dreams) and I couldn’t hardly find any games or wii remotes for a good price, or having to wait weeks to get it. I stopped in and got a Wii remote and 3 games which all worked excellent and all looked brand new. All the workers were very friendly and super talkative. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to find stuff for your retro games!"
"From the time I walked into this establishment I felt welcome. I was acknowledged by every worker and then some. The biggest highlight of my experience was my interaction with "Mom." This woman is an angel through and through. The level of customer service provided to me had me willing to swipe my credit card and put myself in more debt LOL. One thing that stood out to me was her integrity when it came to games/systems, ensuring that they worked and was willing to test them prematurely before a final purchase. Integrity! Word is bond this business WILL see me again in time."
"I started going here pretty frequently because they have a wide selection to choose from for any console and it's just a gamers heaven. I've bought several games, some I've had to return because they wouldn't read and swap them out, the first time I simply changed my mind and got a few other games and paid the difference, the second time either the owner or manager made a comment that i have a doppelganger who does similar just to get games cheaper which kinda struck to my attention that he's hinting that accusation towards me even though I paid the difference the first time. The faulty games are not my fault and I'm not putting the blame on the store either because they go through thousands of games daily and it's hard to test each one. I do feel less welcome after the comment was made, but still a good store to go to i suppose."
"I bought Silent Hill 3 from these clowns online for $150. Clearly, on the case cover, it say's CIB. As in COMPLETE in Box. When I opened the game, there was no soundtrack, and no inserts, just the game disc and manual. The manual even has the two ring dents in it from it's original 2 disc case, which these guys swapped out. This game is everything but CIB. The attached photos show exactly what they sent, and it's clearly incomplete. I nicely asked them for a refund, and what did they do? They basically said "You get what you get!" and immediately blocked me after they sent the message. Steer clear of "Gaming Paradise," they're trash. EDIT: As you can see from their weird, capitalized response, the customer comes last with these people. I'm glad they brought up the photos of the disc, though, because know what else they didn't show in the photos of the game? Their greasy fingerprints all over it. They didn't even bother cleaning it before they sent it, and I just added those photos. And my name isn't Emily, you absolute geniuses, even though you creepily tried to use my name in your response. Is your name "Gaming Paradise," since that's the name of your Mercari store? Hi Gaming, my name is actually Ryan Olmstead. Get it right next time, and don't forget to hAvE a BLeSsEd DaAAaY!"
