"Beautiful and quiet area to admire."

"I just wish the website would have better communicated that they actually closed at 4. We only had 30 minutes to see the tunnel and could not see the inside of the house. Costed me $28 . And there was no golf cart tour because of covid. The website did incate that because of covid there would be no guided tour. However. the rates should've been lower. But not a terrible experience nonetheless."

"This is a cool place to visit if you like history. There is a lot to learn here and I suggest getting a tour guide. I had a wonderful experience and took a lot of pictures. This is a great place to go if you are a Photographer. Our tour guide was so nice."

"There's a civil war historical Battlefield a railroad tunnel The Great Train Chase went through it has about two miles of hiking trails from beginner to very intense Prestige braids and several historical buildings"

"This is run by the Civil War Railroad Tunnel. The whole complex is spread out, and worth seeing each area. Some parts like the recreated general store have to be set up in advance. So much history here! Worth taking a picnic lunch and relaxing on the grounds. The covered bridge is neat to drive through. If walking is a concern, there is parking outside of the Clisby house, the museum, and the tunnel. For some education prior to visiting consider watching the Great Locomotive Chase, or read up in it."
