"Update: I’m leaving an update. I have enjoyed the commons however it’s really becoming an issue. They are always trying to close early. It will literally be 6 o clock and they are shutting things down and kicking students out! They shut down the entire sandwich side. That is ridiculous. We pay a lot of money to get the meal plan and it’s ridiculous that we can’t even get the food we come here to get. It’s actually insane. I’ve never been to a restaurant that shuts down the way they do and it’s not right. My sister goes to a different university and her cafeteria is open 24 hours. I get it if they can’t be open like that but it is beyond unacceptable that they close up before they are closed. There are basically such limited options which isn’t fair when a lot of us have late classes and this is our only way of eating. I enjoy eating at the commons. Most of the staff is friendly. Thank you! Everything is wonderful!"

"So on Sunday, October 15th, 2023 | was visit my friend from high school because he attended ksu, we was at the commons on that day I was really hungry for the burgers so my friend told me about u should've get the burgers from there because they was not great so I got burger from a stand called (hwy 41) in the commons it was lady that working there was being very rude at me when I seen it looked like she doesn't care about her job and it all over a tongs the burger wasn't cooked the patty taste like McDonald's it's have no favor but my friend told me that the burgers they were 5 days frozen in the freezer it was horrible never going there again."

"The food is decent but can be hit and miss. It gets easily crowded and the options for vegans and vegetarians is almost non existent. I don't dislike it but a lot can easily be fixed."

"My sister took me here and I got food from the Mexican food station which was a make your own rice bowl or tacos station and it was super delicious. You get to add or leave out things to your liking, and the whole commons area was very clean."

"The Commons is a great place to eat if you want hot food. It has an excellent variety of food. The staff is usually friendly, but from time to time, they just throw food together and on your plate. They're also very conservative with how much food they give you. It can be repetitive towards the end of semesters and they just get kind if lazy with what they make. There are events like Open Mic and food tastings occasionally, as well. Be sure to check them out!"
