"This is one of the worst law firms I’ve had to deal with as a real estate investor in Atlanta. We recently dealt with this law firm for a straight forward sales agreement. Buyer terminated the contract past due diligence and they are deducting 200 dollars from me as the seller although the buyer terminate. Owner was unprofessional and unethical in her business conduct. She claims that there was a notice of this in one of the 20 emails they send you throughout closing. When I asked her why other law firms don’t do this , she says she is more of a business than a law firm. There are many closing law firms in Atlanta- this one is just not worth it."
