"BEWARE IF YOU EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!! We hired a tree company that had insurance with RSUI Group, Inc. to cut down trees in our front yard. Unfortunately, one of the 120 ft pine trees fell directly on my brand new truck I had for less than 3 months with under 1K miles on it! It took almost a month for someone to call me back about the claim. After another month of dealing with these incompetent individuals, I filed a complaint with the Georgia Insurance Commissioner. They are a complete joke. They were very fraudulent and dishonest about what was going on. I finally had to file under my own homeowners insurance to get it taken care of! Steer clear of these crooks! If you hire a contractor with RSUI insurance, just be warned! I will never use anyone who has this insurance company again!"
