Once the document is served, we promptly deliver the affidavit to your office or via mail within 2 business days. In compliance with Georgia law, our process servers are appointed in the courts where the documents are filed. We hold annual or permanent appointments in various Metro Atlanta area courts, and can provide a template for appointment requests in other courts upon request. Additionally, we are certified to serve documents in counties where the Sheriff has authorized us under O.C.G.A 9-11-4.1.

Although some Georgia Sheriffs have restricted our ability to serve documents under 9-11-4.1, we continue to serve documents under court appointments as required by law. Most local Magistrate courts accept document serving using our Superior Court appointments, with a few exceptions such as Clayton Magistrate Court, where specific guidelines apply.
