"I scheduled a consult with this firm and the first consult, no one showed. So, I called and was rescheduled for another time later on in the day and again, no one showed. Everyone’s time is valuable and that’s something that I can’t get back. I hate when my time is wasted or anyones time is wasted for that matter. This was very unprofessional and happened twice. An email follow up would’ve been courteous. However, I did not receive that. I’m not sure what the reason was for missed appointments or lack of communication but two times and days later, there’s no excuse."
