"Just go to SOMC. Went in at 11ish for some more then mild stomach pain shortly after a lady came in crying and vomitting with stomach pain. As of 130ish no one's been called on no one's had their vitals checked we've all just sat here for hours while one girl cried and threw up"

"I've never in my life been made to wait as long as I have every single time I've had to go here. Doesn't seem to matter what time of what day it's always 2 to 4 hours regardless of why I'm there. I've never seen staffing this short and slow moving. No sense of urgency from anyone."

"I had an outpatient procedure done. What great staff. All wonderful from the checkin , all the nurses and Dr Wong. Everyone was friendly, pleasant and professional. I will be going back for future exams."

"I was thoroughly prepared to give a bad review after nearly two hours of waiting. I had already explained my situation, explained that I spoke with a nurse over the phone who recommended me come in to be checked out and not put it off any longer. I was absolutely miserable, in a lot of pain and just didn't feel like moving period! just to be stuck waiting in the waiting room lol. I found myself getting highly irritated and began typing my review, but thought I'd sit on it until I was through. Which, I am very glad I did!!! The doctor himself was very kind, patient, and understanding. He was the first one in the room and came back several times to check in on me. Did everything he could to help the situation and try to make me feel better which I was very thankful for, because again, I was absolutely miserable, for real! The nurses were great too! Sometimes we tend to act off of emotions and not even consider what is going on, on the the other side. Try being more mindful of how much time they spend on you. Then consider, maybe the person before you needed something more extensive that requires more time that one can't necessarily rush along. Long wait times are everywhere! It's the quality of care you received a long with the friendly smiles and caring personalities that matter! And I have yet to be let down in that area from any staff at KDMC."
