"I was doing an out of town closing. They charged me $200 to email me the documents which I had to print, sign and have notarized. Then I I had to FedEx the documents back. They literally charged $200 to email me and then open a FedEx envelope. Such poor poor customer service and you wonder why people don't like lawyers."

"Did not have a good experience - would not recommend. The attorney was running 45 minutes late. Did not introduce himself or apologize. Was not particularly nice/professional. I didn’t know who he was until half way through our closing. His office had the wrong closing date until the morning of our closing even though we’d communicated the correct date a week in advance. He didn’t look at our closing documents the morning of our closing as a result, and they’d miss calculated our closing total. My husband had to run to an ATM in the middle of our closing to withdrawal several hundred dollars in cash. I’m not sure how they’re rated so well given their lack of competence and professionalism."

"I've worked with many closing attorneys over the years. This was a very disappointing experience. The closer was less than helpful or friendly and at times even rude. As a back to back closing, during the holidays, things are stressful enough. Having 2 different attorneys makes it more so, but when we can't get things or straight Answers, it amplified the stress. And then the extra closing fees on top of it... now than others in the area. I will be sure to request a different attorney next time."
