"Horrible with ethics! I went a few weeks ago to find a baton for my child. A girl was very short and not helpful when we asked about batons and sizing. Very rude. I called Monday to make sure someone was there to size for baton. I was told Mandy was there and she could size them. The owner (a guy) came out to size them. He sized them both as a 19inch. It should only take a week to get the batons. They called to weeks later saying the batons arrived. I had someone I know size my child and they are supposed to have a 22 & 24 inch size. I called this morning to make sure they had green shorts for children. I didn’t specify, but the guy didn’t ask either. The guy that answered said “Umm. Yeah I think so.” He paused and never responded. I said “So are you going to check? I am not coming over for no reason.” He checked and said they had some. We go to Glen’s and guess what they don’t have any. I complained to the lady who looked for the shorts. If at all possible I never plan to step foot into this establishment again. The staff need to be more friendly, specific and obviously want to help the costumers."
